SIA NicoTech (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “us”, “our”) undertakes to process only such personal data as is necessary for the performance of our business, compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations, as well as for the protection of legitimate interests. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation and other legislation governing the processing and protection of personal data.

We have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, which ensures the protection of your personal data from accidental disclosure, exchange or other illegal data processing.

In order to register you in our online store, thus providing you with the opportunity to receive binding promotions and services, as well as offer you other benefits and privileges, we process your name, surname, telephone number and e-mail.

In order to identify you as a buyer and recipient of goods, issue an invoice, ensure delivery of goods and fulfill other obligations arising from the concluded Agreement, we process your name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address and billing information.

We will process your name and e-mail in order to send you transaction and administrative communication materials, such as registration or confirmation of purchase, reminder of an incomplete purchase, or details of the delivery of the product.

In order to provide answers to your questions by filling in the communication section of our website, to contact our staff directly by phone or electronically, we process the personal data you voluntarily provide - name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as other information provided. Your personal data will only be used to contact you and answer your questions, comments or suggestions.

In order to perform quality control of customer service, to organize the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the service and to ensure the ordering of the product by telephone, a telephone conversation may be recorded. Records of conversations are kept for a maximum of 3 months, unless requested by law enforcement authorities or criminal offenses have been identified. This service is provided by a telecommunications service provider with whom we have a cooperation agreement.

In order to process your application for the purchase of goods on installment, we process:

• Name;
• Surname;
• E-mail address;
• Delivery address of your purchased goods;
• Phone number.

In order to participate in lotteries and competitions for goods and services, we process your name, surname, e-mail and telephone number. By expressing a wish to participate in lotteries and contests, you agree to the processing of your personal data.

We would like to inform you that we will send out a technical support e-mail within 10 hours from the moment when you have not finished making a purchase in our online store. This is necessary to make sure that you have not encountered any technical problems at the time of purchase and to cancel the product reservation.

We will store your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the above processing purposes, unless longer storage is required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations. If the data is processed on the basis of your consent, the data will be processed as long as your consent is valid and has not been revoked.

In order to fulfill our obligations to you, we may transfer your personal data to business partners, data processors who perform the necessary data processing on our behalf, such as IT infrastructure developer and maintainer, marketing agencies, leasing companies, courier services, etc. These companies are required by law and our cooperation agreement to protect your personal data and to process it only in accordance with our stated purposes.

Upon request, we may transfer your personal data to government and law enforcement authorities to protect your legal interests, if necessary, by drafting, filing and defending legal claims.

We mainly process your personal data in the EU / EEA, and your personal data is not sent or processed in a country outside the EU / EEA, unless we process personal data through cookies. 

We do not provide services for minors. In the event that we become aware that we have obtained and process personal data of minors, we will take appropriate action to delete that personal data.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, you have the right to:

1) access their personal data and receive information regarding their processing;

2) request to correct incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data, or to correct them yourself by logging in to your profile;

3) delete your personal data ("be forgotten"), except in cases where the law requires us to keep the data;

4) revoke the previously given consent to data processing;

5) restrict the processing of your data - the right to request that we temporarily stop processing all your personal data;

6) request a copy of your personal data in electronic format and the right to transfer this data to another controller (data portability);

7) apply to the Data State Inspectorate.

We may make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time without notice. The amendments take effect after their publication on the website. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this Privacy Policy to ensure that you are aware of the changes.
