How much does shipping costs?
Shipping in Latvia/Baltics šŖšŖš±š»š±š¹ is provided by Omniva and Smartpost.

When will I receive my nicotine pouches?
Shipping via Omniva in Latvia usually takes 1-4 working days. To other Baltic states shipping via Omniva lasts 3-4 working days, shipping via Smarpost lasts 1-3 working days. Shipping time via DHL and Smartpost to other countries will be available at check-out.

When and where I can pick up my order if I choose "local pick-up" as delivery option?
You will recieve notification when order will be ready for pick up but usually it takes about 1 hour. You can pick up your parcel every working day 09:00-20:00, on Saturday 11:00 - 20:00 and on Sunday 11:00-18:00 from Kr. Barona iela 28, Riga, Latvia.
